First time at the dentist

Last week the boys had their 1st dentist appt. It went a lot better than we had expected it would. The dentist was super gentle and very nice to the boys. She let them hold the instruments and she explained what she was going to be doing throughout the appointment. They were allowed to pick out a sticker, a toothbrush and 2 toys from the toy box. (1 toy for the visit and 1 because their birthday is coming up.) We were sooo proud of them! We took them out for ice cream after as a treat.

Father's Day

Father's Day weekend was great. We spent a bulk of the weekend at the shore, hanging with the family. All the ladies made dinner for all the Daddy's on Sat night and had lots of cake and ice cream after. Sunday morning we headed home so that Brian could spend time in his garage doing things he likes to do. We filled up the kiddie pool out back so that the boys could splash around and then we had a nice dinner, along with a cake for Daddy. He had a nice Father's Day with his kiddos.

Lookin like her brothers....

Moving up ceremony from Toddler Circle to Preschool

Friday June 6th was the boys last day at Toddler Circle for the school year. We had our "moving up" ceremony and they are officially ready for 3 year old preschool in Sept. They did very well at the ceremony. Evan joined his class in signing "Jesus Loves Me" while Gavin was too shy and just bit his lip while looking out at everyone. We were so proud of both of them. MeMe and G Pop were there too and smiled the whole time while they were signing. I'm amazed at how much they have grown and developed over this past year. They act like they own the school...walking all around and popping into each class as we get there each Friday morning. Ms. Carolyn did a fantastic job this year and I'm very thankful to her. She has taught them a lot. Our lil babies are growing up too fast!
